Acai berries are loaded with antioxidants according to what I’ve read. Yeah, yeah, blah, blah. Supposededly these berries are the rave now? (Thanks to Oprah I guess?) Have any of you eaten acai berries? Describe the taste and texture. Sweet, tangy, bitter, sour. Thanks in advance. : ) Oh and I love fresh fruit. That’s my morning staple!

It has more antioxidants than any food ever measured.. it contains every nutrient the human body needs, it has omega 3,6 and 9. it has the protein profile of an egg and the fatty acid make up of olive oil..
