Question by Conway Raquan: Have you tried the Superfood Acai Berry?
Hello Everyone. I am researching Acai Berry. It is a natural super food found in the rain forests of Brazil that helps lose weight, boosts metabolism, gives energy, increases libido and a great deal of other things. I have read NOTHING BUT POSITIVE things about Acai but they say when something seems too good to be true, then it probably is. So, I want to know if any of you have tried Acai Berry and what are the advantages and disadvantages of using it?

Pros: tons of nutrients, helps fight diseases ( some studies show that they can kill cancer cells! sweet!), flushes and cleanses your body, helps you lose weight, ANTIOXIDANTS YEAH!
Cons: the berry rots after only 12 hours of being picked, so unless you are hiking in the amazon, you won’t get them fresh (probably in a juice/supplement form). And of course, the producers of the juice will probably add sugars and other stuff which will take away some of the benefits of this wonderful berry… sometimes there is little of the actual berry in the product and the producer will fill it up with other stuff to save money.
Anyways, there are way more pros than cons. As with everything, moderation is key. The site at the bottom is acai berry that i personally use and really help my life. Find the best acai berry that you looking for, there’s a lot of different acai berry product and some don’t work, make sure to read the ingredients and enjoy.
