It’s the wrong way to go, you want to exercise, even just a daily walk, then a decent diet and improve on your exercise and diet as time goes by, you want to keep it enjoyable, so it becomes habit, and give your body and brain time to make the behind the scene changes to make the most of it. So be sensible, go for it the right way, and the rewards will be far better then even the false promises of diet supplements.
