Just a recap……. i will be taking the 14 day Acai Berry cleanse weight loss flush(this increases regularity, makes you less bloated and a cleaner digestive tract) www.amazon.com } As for my workout routine( i will be doing the biggest loser cardio max weight-loss { www.amazon.com } home for 45 min and going to the gym for some treadmill time for another 45 min) while doing these two activities i will be wearing a sauna suit { www.walmart.com } I will be drinking lots and lots of water and eating healthy( on my next vid i will talk about the food and meals)
